Online Premier Access

Both myself and our CEO have made countless phone calls over the past three weeks just trying to get online access to our business premier account and there has been no agent or manager at AT&T that can get the problem resolved.  We have been given 4 different phone numbers and transferred countless times with over an hour on each call and still no access.  We want to cancel our 18 lines with them as the customer service is so poor.
