new account issues
paid, in store, tax charge on new pixel phone. postpaid plan. phone delivery in a week or more. Meanwhile, I can't create or login to my new customer at&t account online even though i verified email. Tried to sign up for AARP benefit signature program. After several attempts to upload my AARP card.. at&t emailed.. sorry, your not eligible bcuz you have exceeded the limit. To what? I've never used AARP before. Phone agents can't hear me. Everybody else can. I'm wary of false enticements & deceptive sales methods.
Must I wait till I receive phone first.. then create account?
Am I being bamboozled toward a $125 monthly bill?
Somebody enlighten me.
