This is a customer populated forum. Not receiving codes is not enough information. A little more detail might help. Like is this something that started suddenly? Are you a new customer?

Let's look into what's behind your device's inability to receive short codes, Bigalthehulk!
First, in order to provide adequate support, we need a little more information as @formerlyknownas already shared.
Also, as recommended in the table at Not Receiving Verification Codes from App - Solutions From AT&T you will want to check blocked messages for your specific device.
Try this and let us know how it goes. If you are still unable to receive short codes despite there steps then we want to take a look. There may be something on that back end that requires looking into in order to reach a resolution.
