Moxee Hotspot business account

I have had my Moxee hotspot connected since February 25, and I am STILL unable to register my account online so I can log in and pay my bill. I have called more than a couple of times, and the last time I was reassured that my issue was given priority status. However, I am still not able to register. When I try, it says my account is not ready to register and try again in 24 hours or call AT&T. Well, I have done both, and still nothing...can someone help???
