Messages that are showing up on my bill but not my phone
Hello, there are 3 different messages that are showing up on my text log on my bill but aren't in my phone. I haven't deleted anything from that number or messaged at those times so where are these coming from? How can I prove that I didn't delete anything?

Is the log showing the texts from a full 10-digit number or a short code? Alerts from apps can also show up as short code texts in the usage log.
When text messages are sent without your knowledge, it's usually due to either malware or a 3rd party app on the device. Depending on your device, we recommend restarting your phone in recovery mode. If the issue doesn't occur, then your experience is caused by an app on your phone. You'll want to exit Safe Mode and find the responsible app.
