Logging into my account
I’m sitting in another country and awating an unlock on my phone. But i can’t lock into my AT&T account due to phone number security code, i can’t recive the code when I’m not in the US. Help to unlock my phone appreciated too, is it really true that you have to have you phone enrolled in a plan for 6 months before you can pay it out? Why can’t you just pay it out once and for all? Regards

a phone sold as a prepaid device requires 6 months of uninterrupted active prepaid service before it can be unlocked, accounts are purposely unavailable outside the us

Hi Thanks,
Before i went to Denmark from US i visited my local ATT store, they told me to keep having a plan till feburary so i could pay the phone out.
But how am i supposed to log online and pay my phone bill when i can’t recive the security number by sms?
