I did not receive a receipt or any account information after I signed up and paid.

I did not receive a receipt or any account information after I signed up and paid. So I have no way to make an account because I know nothing haha. All I got was an email verification and money already paid

Hi @Tleh94, we want to make sure you can get access to your new AT&T account. 

Based on what you've already mentioned, it sounds like you signed up for PREPAID service. If so, we recommend you go through our 14-step PREPAID activation process again, as it'll help you create and access your PREPAID account.

If you've already followed these steps, then you'll be able to access your account by going to our PREPAID sign in page with the password and PIN you created during the activation process. You'll also be able to reset your password and PIN if you don't remember it, as well. 

Please let us know if this helps you access your new account, or if this is for postpaid service instead. We want to help you with this.

If you signed up and paid then you must be prepaid?

You already have active service? Then you should have created an alphanumeric password and a PIN code at the time you signed up and paid.

This means you already have a prepaid account already set up for you. To access you log in with your 10 digit phone number on the pay go online website with the alphanumeric password. If you don't remember your password, you have to reset it, reset will be done via text message to your phone

If you purchased in a store you go back to the store and ask them to reprint the receipt for you. If you ordered online or over the phone you have to call AT&T and ask for a receipt
