I am wondering how many dozens of phone calls I have to make to get a problem fixed, after dozens of times trying???????????????????????

Fraud on our business account, so online account was suspended.  When we tried to reactivate it, only one of the 2 users can get access, and the other who needs it the most to view charges/bills can't get in.  They say there is a issue "linking the accounts back up" so it has been weeks with no resolve!!!  As usual!!!!

This is the consumer side of the forum you should be posting in the business side. You can file a better Business bureau complaint online 

Complaints are forward back to AT&T upper Management and someone will contact you.
