How to change my account
My phone was hacked and my account has changed. I need access to pay my bill. I created this account to get help accessing the original.

This is a customer populated forum. We are not capable of doing any account related help. If you have lost access to your account, you may need to go to a corporate store with documentation to try to gain control of your account again.
They might be able to give you some tips to avoid compromising your accounts. Like two factor authentications, and being very cautious when exposing any of your information on social media
