Expect Turnaround Time for IMO User Registration

I am awaiting "manager approval" for the IMO User Registration. It has been more than 2 weeks. What is the expected turnaround time?

Hello @doughboy828

Thanks for the post.

You must submit an Access Form requesting your IMO Access ID and Password prior to logging in to the IMO Support Site by visiting https://www.e-access.att.com/couext/external/IMO/accessRequest.cfm.

You will need an active email address, access to the email account, plus provide current information when submitting the online Access Form:

  • AT&T Dealer Code
  • Retail Store Name
  • User Type : Employee or Manager
  • First & Last Name
  • Contact Number
  • Your Work email address such as apple.com, bbuy.com
  • Date of Birth
  • City of Birth
  • AT&T PIN (6 digit PIN created by user)
  • Security Question/Answer

Once you have submitted your Access Request you will be provided with a Ticket Number. You will receive an email at your work email provided on the Access Form, that will require you to approve before your Access Request Ticket is forwarded for processing.

Have you verified the email? Is your manager on site for assistance? What is your Ticket Number?

Thanks for letting us know you have a ticket number already! Have you received your IMO Access ID and password? If so, please log into the IMO site. Once there, go to Quick LinksEnroll # in IMO. Read and acknowledge the IMO Terms and Conditions then fill out the requested information.

 

Once you complete these steps you should be able to track your ticket status. Let us know if you have any further questions.

Hello,

I sent my imo registration about 5 days ago, and I haven't heard anything yet and don't have a way to check the status of my ticket. Can someone help me out? My ticket number is 29192274, and I am currently employed by Best Buy.
