Dispute on over charging customers
Last month I enrolled with International calling service which I had requested for 1 month only but the concerning customer service executive who activated my service ignored or deliberately put the service as monthly service. This is not the first time I am having issues/disputes, it is just getting very tiring. Why should I continue to be loyal customer and just switch to prepaid sim instead.
