Can’t login and out of state
I forget my user id, my password and zip code. Right now I am out of state, I need to open the international service so that I can receive phone call and text message.

Prepaid does not work in China. There is no roaming except a few European countries.
You will have no service from AT&T until you return to the United States.
There is no option or workaround.

Out of state or out of the United States? Any international services needed to be done bonfire you left the states

Out of the United States. I am stuck right now because I can’t receive phone call or text message and I can’t open the international service. Do we have any special way to prove my identity to open this service? Everything associated with the phone number is unusable right now. Especially the bank, I am really stuck right now.

What? That's almost unbelievable!
Do you have prepaid service? Prepaid does not have service in most countries.

Wait, what?
If you are postpaid...
I can believe forgetting your password, it happens to all of us. But your user ID is the email connected to your account, the same email that notifies you of your billing every month. And who doesn't know their billing zip code?
Unless you are brand new customer, and prevented from roaming for the first 60 days of service, there is no reason you would not be able to get text messages abroad, unless you are not postpaid...
Are you prepaid?
Prepaid can only roam in a few European countries. And like everything else with Prepaid you have to pay before you can use any service.
Where are you?
And it would have been a good idea to make sure that you could use service in the country of your destination before you left the United States!

I am an international student from China. When I just went to United States, my language didn’t good enough to start a carrier service. So that one of the senior student help me apply this number. I was there, but I can’t remember any details because it was 3 years ago. Because I opened the auto-pay service, I hardly deal with the at&t anymore. Right now I just flew back to China, the auto-pay service is still on, but when I tried to login the account to start the international service, I can’t remember whether I have the user ID, and I found that I don’t have any email from at&t. After this I type my billing zip code it said we’re unable to find your ID at this time. Writing here I think I only have the at&t prepaid account. This can explain everything. But when I try to sign in the at&t prepaid account, it said the system cannot sign you in at this time.
I have at&t prepaid text messages in my cell phone from January 2021 to now. And I also have the spending record of the credit card that set for auto-pay. Is this ok to prove my identity?

Yeah, you won't be able to sign in when you're out of the US.
Your best bet is to cancel the credit/debit card you used.
