You could call AT&T at 611.

If you are currently out of the US, 611 won’t work. You need to call the international support number. It’s a free call from your mobile device.

@Lingoes The international support number is no longer posted on the “contact us” page. Why is that? I have no idea where on att.com it is listed. Could you please report that up the chain. Finding a number to call shouldn’t be a chore.
