Can’t access my att account nor my phone

Hi there @DripJonez, we understand you're unable to get into your AT&T account or access your phone, and we're here to help you regain access to both of them. 

Let's start by troubleshooting your MyAT&T account sign-in. There are multiple reasons why you might not be able to get into your account, so please try these quick methods to help you get back in:

• Clear your browser's cache and cookies. This may just be a browser error, and clearing your cache and cookies is a very quick way to troubleshoot and fix these types of issues.
• Go through the 'Forgot User ID' process. When you go to sign in, select Forgot User ID? and enter your recovery email. This will send an email out with the correct User ID, which can help if you have multiple accounts with different IDs.
• Reset your password. When you try sign in, select Forgot Password? and follow the prompts to create a new password so you may get into your account.

Once you've cleared your cache and cookies, found your User ID and reset your password, try logging in again. In addition to the results, we'd like some context about your issue. Please answer both of the following questions:

• If you're unable to still log in, what error are you getting? This will allow us to research the error code, and find other appropriate troubleshooting steps.
• What's going on with your phone? Are you unable to unlock it's screen, or unable to use service? Knowing exactly how you're unable to access your phone will allow us to troubleshoot the issue in greater detail, and will let us search for the root cause as well.
