Cannot complete login on MYATT app

Enter user ID and password and receive two step verification dialog.  Select "Text code to XXX-XXX-XXXX (my cell number)", and receive Enter Code page.  Never receive code on my cell.

Try resetting your network settings to refresh connection to the network. Go to the Settings icon > scroll to and select General management > select Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > select Reset to confirm. 

 

Change to your device make and model to get personalized steps. Also, please keep in mind that resetting your network settings deletes previously associated Wi-Fi networks, security passcodes, Bluetooth devices and cellular network data settings.

 

If resetting the network settings doesn't resolve your text inquiry. Try these troubleshooting tips.

  • Restart your device.
  • Turn Wi-Fi off. Make sure mobile (cellular) data is enabled and that you can browse the web. Then try again.
  • Be sure messaging is on.
    - iOS devices: Go to Settings, then Message, and turn iMessage off and back on.
    - Android devices: Go to Settings, then Advanced Messaging, and turn Advanced Messaging off and back on.
  • Check your device's memory storage. If it's full, messages may not come through.
  • Make sure your device is updated to the latest software.
  • Add +1 (the country code) before the 10-digit phone number for all your contacts in the U.S. This makes sure you can text them if you're out of the country.
