Att.com redirects me to directv.com
Every time I try to login to att.com I am redirected to my account on directv.com. I have tried multiple browsers and multiple devices but everyone of them sends me to my DirecTV account when I try to login to my att account.

You need to link your Directv and AT&T wireless accounts. Link below on how to do this.

I would try to that but the link send me to my att.com login. When I input my credentials it then forwards me to DirecTV.com so I can't do the next step in the instructions.

Please let us know if you already Set Up Your User ID, follow instructions under Set up your ID to create one. Find your user ID by entering your contact email associated with your wireless account on the link provided. Also, if you haven't already download myAT&T App to log in your wireless account. Clear your cache on your browser settings to assist in logging in your account or try switching browsers.

I was able to chat with at&t support today and we got it fixed. Basically my at&t and DirecTV accounts were linked to the same ID. They changed my DirecTV I'd to be different than my att login and worked after that.

Having to do ANY of this is asinine. I don't want to talk to customer support to simply get to my wireless account. There should be a dropdown for wireless, Directv, or whatever. Jumping through hoops to try to get a copy of my bill (which is on autopay) is ridiculous. I received an email stating that the bill was paid with a link to "View my bill*" and when I click that, it takes me to my Directv account. I've been considering getting rid of Directv anyway with all of the options currently available, the inability to get to my wireless account because of my Directv account is likely to be the last straw.

The previous poster said it best, the system is asinine in the way of functions. File a Better Business Bureau complaint online. The complaint is forwarded to AT&T upper management and someone who can help sort it out will contact you
