Wi-Fi Calling for TCL 20 Pro 5G

Hello,

I can't find the option to enable wi-fi calling on the TCL 20 Pro 5G... 4G LTE works fine around town, and wifi connectivity is fine.

Wi-Fi calling is enabled as an addon in my AT&T portal, and it worked for the last phone I had with this SIM card.

Under the Calling section of Cellular Network Settings, VoLTE is the only option there.

Any ideas?

Hello greerfam9290, we'd be happy to help you with setting up Wi-Fi Calling on your phone.

Check to make sure your device supports Wi-Fi Calling. Follow these steps to find out:

Tap Settings on your phone, then tap Cellular (Apple devices) or Connection (Android devices).
Check if Wi-Fi Calling's listed.
- If it is, your phone can support it.
- If not, your phone isn’t compatible.

Simple answer is neither At&t or Verizon let wifi calling work on every phone.
