Service-Coverage

Honestly, I don't know why I thought at&t was so good. I thought it was once better than any other network. I even left Verizon for At&t.

Now I have regret. I'm on my 3rd sim card and second new device, in hopes that maybe just maybe I don't have to keep restarting my phone to let my messages go through or receive incoming messages. The service gets worse everytime.

After reading other' complaints, it's funny. We're in 2019. Do we need to contact the CEO of At&t to get their attention that well maybe, just maybe the SERVICE TOWERS HAVE AN ISSUE? Because i'm ready and willing. I thought Sprint was bad, but At&t... you're letting us all down. Not once have I ever seen my phone have all four bars. I'm lucky if I see 3. And No, it's not where I live.. or where I work.. so yeah i'm not sure what's next?

Hello @Mrn103029,

We can definitely provide you with some troubleshooting steps for these issues that you've been experiencing with your wireless service. We recommend using our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to fix this. Simply select your device and the issue, then follow the steps to find a solution. You can also use Wi-Fi Calling from AT&T to talk and text over any active Wi-Fi connection. If you're still having any issues, please use the AT&T Mark the Spot app to report dropped calls, network issues, and receive network improvement notifications. Let us know if this helps.

Hello Sean,

Yeah, been there. Done literally all of that.

That's why a suggestion of a new sim card was sent, and here I am, on my
third sim card. Actually, i'm furious now because just today, I received an
important phone call except, I never got the call just a voicemail and
because I cant set up my visual voicemail I couldn't even call my voicemail
to get the voice message.

I'm literally just so upset, it's like... i wanted to get the full
experience of the Galaxy S10 and now I can't so am I supposed to return
this and get an Iphone? Would that be smart idea? Even though I really
don't want one?!

I'm so confused.

Replacing SIM cards and phone is pointless to fix reception.   If it isn’t working, pay off your phone, unlock it, and port back to Verizon.

It is 100% on us CUSTOMERS to select a carrier that works.  AT&T, Verizon and T-mo cannot, and do not work everywhere.  If they don’t own or lease a tower to provide service where you are, then you got as good as it’s going to get.  It can take a decade to get new towers.  So contacting the CEO is pointless.

Literally, YOUR MOVE.

So I winded up switching to an IPhone XR... & even though I miss my Galaxy S10... Do you know how many phone calls and even voicemails ive gotten since I switched? Its pretty freakin amazing. Can’t believe I had to become an apple user. I feel like i’m cheating.
