Poor cell phone service in Little Rock Port Authority Industrial Park and southward

We have TERRIBLE cell phone service at the Little Rock Port Authority and surrounding areas--our address is 10600 Industrial Harbor Drive.  My boss has to sit in the foyer to use his cell phone.  I can't send text messages with pictures or access Groupme some days; some days my calls don't go out either.  Nearest cell towers to our place are at Bankhead Drive and I-440, around 6214 Fourche Dam Pike, and a 5g tower at the corner of Slackwater Harbor and Frazier Pike.  AT&T and Verizon coverage maps both show us with 5g coverage, but we barely have any coverage.  One of our key property owners to the south of the industrial park lives at 14101 Frazier Pike.  His cell coverage is awful.

We want to know 1) why our coverage is SO BAD, 2) what we can do to fix it, and 3) if we have property available for an additional cell tower to help boost our coverage, would you be interested in buying/leasing it?
