No Service

I live in Katy, TX. In zipcode 77494. In my neighborhood, the service is absolutely awful. Katy is a suburb of Houston, which has an extremely high population. There is no reason why I should not have service in my home. Why is my service nonexistent in my home, but it's just fine when I leave the neighborhood? Why am I not getting service here, and when can I anticipate having service while at home? If this isn't resolved in the near future, I will be forced to move my service to a company that can provide this necessity. There's absolutely no reason why I should be struggling with service in this heavily populated area.

There are dead spots with every carrier and no carrier guarantees coverage at any specific location, especially inside your home. When can you anticipate having service in your home? Probably never. ATT simply is not able to adjust the network just to provide a signal in your home. ATT’s preferred solution for coverage inside your home is to use WiFi calling. Another option is to purchase a cellular booster. If those options don’t work for you then by all means switch to a carrier that provides coverage in your home.
