New building, little to no AT&T coverage
We just moved in to a new building in zip code 46033. Our employees with AT&T wireless are getting little or no signal inside the building (even though it's a normal steel and glass office building). Is there anything that can be done about this?

Thank you for your response @westfield_person!
Each tower has its own estimated date of restoral. We expect service to be restored by next weekend. However, there could be potential unforeseeable delays. We do appreciate your employees patience during this time.

We understand the importance of your employees having service @westfield_person.
Upon further research into the 46033 area, we have found that there are multiple downed towers currently. This can be causing the little to no signal strength while inside the building.
Please be advised that things like metal, concrete, other building materials, large electrical objects, trees, and bodies of water, can all block signal.
We suggest connecting to Wi-Fi while indoors and utilizing Wi-Fi Calling whenever possible.
We hope this helps your employees! Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

Thanks, Samantha. Is there an ETA on repairs to these downed towers?
