Network Error message

Initially, I noticed any picture/media messages from iPhones were getting stuck in a wheel of "loading" and would never receive. Next, I noticed that I could not send out media without my device also stalling on loading forever and minutes or hours later receiving a "message failed" notification. Now, I attempted to send a message and am receiving a "network error" that flickers at the bottom of the screen and disappears. Help...?

Hello @RaymondAF, we are here to help you with receiving and sending picture messages.

First, we recommend resetting your network settings to refresh your connection. Resetting the network restores the default settings on the device.

    • iPhone: Settings>General>Reset>Reset network settings
    • Android: Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset network settings

Next, visit our AT&T Wireless Support website and select Get Suggestions. You'll be directed to the Fix an Issue section. From there you will select your device then navigate back to that section and click Connection>Messaging. Then allow this tool to troubleshoot your device by following the prompts and you'll be presented with our top personalized solutions.

Let us know if this helps!
