Microcell Replacement with Booster Mismanaged by AT&T

Seriously disappointed with customer service that I have received from AT&T at this point. Have spent countless hrs to no avail trying to get a replacement booster for microcell. AT&T has not been upfront and has not stuck to their promise. Bad business. I was told I would be getting a new booster to replace microcell in Feb. have documentation of the conversation. Never got it and after many times connecting with customer service and being told one would be sent still nothing. Now I’m being told that the date has passed and I will not receive it even though they told me I would. See below. Have removed some personal info but this was the conversation

Posting your conversation will do nothing here because this is not an AT&T Support forum.
There was a huge disconnect within AT&T for Cell Booster orders placed for previous MicroCell users with active accounts and the actual inventory pulls. The available inventory left after the initial Cell Boosters were sent out was very small, and those that got thru with the second email quickly depleted the remaining inventory so by the time your order was sent to "shipping", there were no more left. Not an excuse for a poorly handled program but that's what happened.
All you can do is keep your documentation and file a complaint with the BBB. Those will go straight to Corporate and someone from the Office of the President will contact you. Maybe they can still get a free one sent out to you.
