Issues with Fixed Wireless
I have a problem with Fixed Wireless. For one thing is the difficulty in getting support for Fixed Wireless.
But my immediate and ongoing issue is that daily midmorning, between 9-11am PST the signal will drop out and I have to reset the router and modem to the antenna. It takes about 5-10minutes each time to get back the service. My wife works from home and I have had these interruption during a zoom conference.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue with Fixed Wireless.

It is possible that the reason your service drops between those specific hours is that those are peak hours of operation. Visit Understanding Fixed Wireless Internet Speeds, where you will find useful information and troubleshooting tips.
Also, give the steps at our Fixed Wireless Internet support a try. Scroll to the section Troubleshooting topics and select No internet connection. Make sure to follow the instructions that are presented.
