International Day Pass
Does the International Day pass cover calls made within the international country you are visiting.? What about calls from one International Day Pass country to another?

Here's a link to the information on International day pass and everything you need to know and should know about using the service.
https://www.att.com/international/day-pass/
I think Cuba is the only country which is still not covered by any roaming plan from AT&T.
But you can click to see your particular destinations.
Consumer accounts have a 10-day cap. Business plans have no cap.

Yes and yes. The day pass covers both.

When I checked my bill I was charged over $200 for calls I had made within the international country. Check your bill to see if you were also overcharged. I have an attorney looking into this. Let me know if you're interested.

We're here to help you with your international day pass, mcmillc
Thank you for the response, formerlyknownas.
If you’re in an International Day Pass country, you can call the country you’re in, any other International Day Pass country and back to the U.S. for no additional charge. Calls to countries not included in International Day Pass will be billed at International Long Distance rates.
The first time you use data, send a text, or make or accept a phone call, your 24-hour International Day Pass begins and you will be charged a daily fee. You won't trigger another daily fee until the next time you use your device in an included country. after that 24-hour period ends.
Let us know if this was helpful to you.

I can only say that I have over $200 in charges on my bill and when I queried these charges at ATT I was told that only calls back to the US were without additional charge.

@mcmillc
Did you make Wi-Fi calls while you were in another country to phone numbers that were not in the USA?
Wi-Fi calls to the USA our billed as if you are in USA. Wi-Fi calls to other countries are also billed as if you are in the USA. I thought this was a gap that had been closed when International day pass was active but roaming and long distance are not the same and they are not billed to your account in the same way. Have you read your bill to see if you are being billed for AT&T Wi-Fi calls to non-us numbers and are being charged for those calls at long distance rates?

Whoever told you that that is just plain wrong. Were you in a covered country? Did you get charged for the day pass in addition to the calls? You will probably need to escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint to resolve.
