how to report a celluar tower outage

There is no way to report online other than by using the Mark the Spot app which may or may not work since the app is no longer supported. You can’t even download the app from the Apple app store anymore. If there really is an outage, no real need to report it, ATT knows. What you are experiencing may not be an outage, it could be changes in network coverage related to the shutdown of 3G and expansion of 5G. If that’s the case, a new phone might be in order or looking for a different carrier may be the solution.

Question: what does 'not an outage' mean?  I was able to get reception/make calls two days ago and today I am not able to get reception/make calls. Sure feels like an outage to me...

I switched to AT&T last year because Verizon didn't have reception here. Chose AT&T because they have a cell tower less than 1/4 mile up the road (literally up - it's uphill all the way) and I can see the tower from the front door.

My phone is an iPhone SE, bought last summer so I hope I don't need a new phone...

I finally got through to AT&T customer service using a friend's landline.  They said the service in the area is 'undergoing maintenance' and it should be completed by tomorrow evening!!  They also confirmed that the only way to report a problem was by calling them...which isn't possible when I don't have cell reception...

the cell tower on hwy 114 in rison arkansas has been down since saturday night. no service at all, we need a fix asap.
