Haven’t had cell service for two days

My family hasn’t had cell service for two days.  We can’t call AT&T’s customer service to see what is going on, because we have zero bars. Their website claims that there aren’t any outages the area.  But I have talked to multiple customers and they have been without service as well. Not sure how to get AT&T’s help.

If there really is an outage, ATT knows about. Maybe the website and customer support doesn’t, but the folks who actually operate the network do. In any event, if you can’t call, try chat or drive until you get somewhere that does have service. Any outage is most likely limited to a specific tower.
