Crap service!!!
I am so done with AT&T!!!! Every single time it's one thing or another! My dad has just died and I can't make a SINGLE CALL!!!! I CANT TEXT, NOTHING!!!! I've been lied to, and given the run around too many times!!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable!! We pay our bull on time every single time, and you guys can't keep your end and HAVE ANY KIND OF SERVICE!!!!!

A lack of service usually indicates an issue with your sim card or network configuration.
Have you tried resetting your network settings? Have you tried replacing your sim card or asking tech support for a re-provision?
Also "you guys" doesn't mean much on the att forums, this is a customer populated forum.

It's entirely on customers to select a service provider that works best for them in their area. If your complaint is because you are not in the best coverage area for at&t, it was up to your family to switch to a different service provider.
This is why all service providers have a return window of at least 14 days so that customers can return devices and go back to their previous service provider.
