Cell Tower Issue - Horrible Data Speed - Please ESCALATE and FIX ASAP
This needs to be escalated to get fix ASAP real bad. I am to the point to switch carrier.
I communicated with Marilyn (AT&T Community Specialist) via PM for 2 weeks. Although she spent a lot of efforts helping, none is help. She mentioned an outage was in the area, then confirmed it fixed. But the issue never fixed. I get a new sim card, it doesn't fix it. Everyone in my building who uses AT&T have the same issue.
I get 2 bars out of 4. Regular call/ SMS message is fine but cellular data speed is horrible, super slow (<2 mbps measured consistently) , almost none since the past weeks. This started to happen 4 weeks ago.
Only in the area where I am at, It worked great if I go to the other side of town which I bet I pick it up from different cell tower.

Same issue in the mapped area (Attached). Red rectangle is the area that having issue. I measured my speed different points on the red lines. Same issue.
