Cell tower down in Elkhart Lake WI

My family uses Cricket Wireless ( by AT&T ) and 6 days ago we started having poor signal and disconnect issues with 3 ( all newer Motorolas ) of our phones. One phone is an old Huawei and still has great signal but only connects at 4G ( no LTE ). I have contacted Cricket twice with no resolution. The tower is less than a mile from my house and we drove around it and found out the signal is great on the west side of the tower by bad on the east side of the tower. What can I do to get this fixed? I had great coverage prior to this happening. My phones work great everywhere except at home.
