Cell Service Issues
Hi AT&T, we moved apartments 6 months ago, and finally had AT&T service of a whopping 3 bars (our last place had none, for 2 years), there is a neighboring building being constructed, which is now on floor 2 of 6 of construction and our cell service is now down to 1 or 0 bars. How does AT&T resolve this issue? We dont want to go back to the bad old days, and as we work from home, we need the ability to take calls. Today Spectrum wifi went out, so I was reliant on my cell service to check emails/take calls, and it was spotty, slow, and didn't work at all basically. We live in downtown LA (90012), so there SHOULD be cell service available where we live.

I hate to break it to you but this is not AT&T problem to solve. If you need to need to find a new carrier who does provide service despite the big building going up next door.
As you know the only other solution is Wi-Fi calling which only works when your internet works. You might find some help from a cellular booster but that's questionable as it can only amplify an existing signal it cannot create one out of nothing. It also requires an outdoor antenna as well as an indoor antenna and a cable between the two and electrical power to make it work.
