Best Customer Service EVER!!!!
99% of the posts in regard to calling CS are negative so I had to let everyone know that there ARE great CS agents out there.
My daughter and I share a wireless account. She has an iPhone 14 she bought from Apple. She's about to go on tour and will be traveling extensively. She called to see what it would take to get her on the 5g network. I didn't want to call but there were issues with logging into our account online so I took a deep breath and called CS.
Jessica in Mississippi was the BEST. She was patient and understanding and explained everything I needed to know and do to get DD2 on the 5g network. She was never rude (the exact opposite) and never rushed this old lady. 😍.
If I don't get a customer survey to sing her praises, I'm writing a letter to Corporate!! 🥰
Shoutout to everyone who can remember their childhood phone number but can't remember the password they created yesterday. You are my people. 😊
