AT&T Esim not working in iPhone 12 Pro in India after activating international roaming
I’ve a iPhone 12 Pro and Esim in unlocked iPhone. Am using this phone for past 2 years and converted to Esim before year and a half. When I was using in US everything is fine but when I travel to India problem starts with Esim AT&T .. I reached to customer care to activate international roaming and restarted mobile and network still no network picked it’s been more than 10 hrs no Change with network.. how do I fix this issue?

How was international roaming added? And do you mean that International day pass was added to your line? Was $0 travel pay per use also added as a feature on your line?
Have you turned on roaming on the phone itself? Does the phone show it is connected to a foreign Network in the top notification bar.

same skmoorthy02… I forgot the login so postings with different login I know no worthwhile spending time in sharing but I want to register and others to be aware of AT&T worst technical work.
After all efforts it never worked. I returned to US and got the Esim again and started working in USA but I travelled today again with all activation but same issue AT and T is worse service. Once i return i will change my network and request all my friends to be away from at and t so they don’t face the same issue as me

People post on this forum all the time and have absolutely no problem roaming in India with AT&T postpaid service. If you are a prepaid user, prepaid does not roam in India. It's the only reason you would get no service at all

I’m using postpaid and we are using the group of 5… couple of years ago I came with same sim it worked but with Esim iPhone 12 Pro it’s not working in India and am not posting for fun… it’s really frustrating as I was in india for 3 months I paid the bill and this time also going to be but I will be paying with no service at all… at and t will never fix it.. I know
