what happened to my alert on laptop re phone alerts

I had an alert on my laptop that told me "all is well" regarding my wireless phone.  The pop up appeared every time I closed computer.  I could also see if it had spam usually indicating the number(s).  This way I did not have to worry about using my minutes on my 35 cent a minute plan to just find out I paid for a spam call.  I had this feature on my laptop for at least a year.  It was there yesterday.  Today it is gone.  Where did it go and how do I get it back?
