Unable to sign up for service - Enter a valid house or box number
I'd like to sign up for an AT&T prepaid wireless service through an online special. On the cart checkout page, when I enter my physical address, I'm prompted with "Enter a valid house or box number". FedEx has delivered to my address for over 20 years.
One customer support rep suggested I call prepaid wireless sales for support. When we got off the phone, the number he had given me was no longer in service.
Is there a way that I could get AT&T's prepaid wireless sign up page to recognize my address?

You need a USA USPS address. Verify with your post office

I looked up my local address management office, called the number and they confirmed the address needed to be added to their system.

Will try again after the address is updated.
