Traveling in Canada
While in Canada am I able to choose the provider/carrier I'm using (Telus, Bell, or Rogers)? If not, how is the provider selected when multiple are available in the same location?

ATT’s roaming partner is Rogers. That should be the only carrier you can connect to.

So the 2019 reciprocal roaming agreement with all three main carriers (Roger, Bell, Telus) has since been scrapped? Or has it not yet been implemented?

If they have a roaming agreement with all 3 carriers, that’s news to me.

That’s for the LTE-M network which appears to be for Iot devices and applications, not phones.

For the last two months, my phone keep connecting to "Telus" when I'm traveling to Toronto, ON and it's used to be Rogers. Since, it's switched to Telus I don't even get 1 Mbps speed and calls drops all the time. I used to get over 100 Mbps on Rogers in the same area as Telus and on the same phone.
I can't even switch the carrier under "Mobile Network" since, it's grayed out. I've tryed it all, spent 5 hours with AT&T and the phone I've is an AT&T phone Samsung A51 5G.
PLEASE help me! It's annoying, I know these Canadian carries are CHEAP. I just want to go back with Rogers.
P. S I've a pre-paid $60/month plan and NO I didn't use all the DATA.
