Sim card returned & charge
I ordered a prepaid SIM card recently and it was shipped soon. But when I try tracking the UPS delivery, it says that there was something wrong and the package is returned to sender (Fort Worth). The return was successfully delivered, and I never got that card or any information about the delivery failure.
Will I still be charged for this prepaid card? And does it mean I'll have to order another one if I still want to get a SIM card?
