Hi @michele_virden, we want to help you make the most of your ACP discount.

In order to get the $75 off from the Affordability Connectivity Program, your household will need to be within the qualifying tribal lands listed on the program's website.

If your household qualifies, you'll need to be approved by the federal government for the tribal land benefit like our ACE @formerlyknownas mentioned. You can either do this by going to the the government's ACP website or by calling at 877-384-2575 regarding this.

Once this has been approved, you can add this new discount to your account either with our ACP program page or by contacting our ACP team at 866-986-0963 between Monday - Saturday 8 AM - 10 PM EST.

Please let us know if you have any other questions regarding this, we do want to help get this discount applied to your account.

This is not AT&t's determination. It is The government's determination. You have to Have some kind of an authorization number for ACP to apply $75. Did you get a new authorization number to do that? Then you have to call AT&T to apply the new code
