Prepaid minute card

I purchased a new airtime card and the cashier said she added the minutes to my phone for me but there not on my phone what can I do I still have my receipt

Do you have the PREPAID refill card in your possession? If so, here's how to redeem airtime: 

  • 611 From Handset:
    1. 10-digit wireless number.
    2. Say Add money.
    3. Say Refill card.
    4. Enter 13-digit PIN/card number when prompted.
    5. Follow the prompts to complete transaction.
  • 800.901.9878 from a Wired Line:
    1. Enter 10-digit wireless number.
    2. Enter four-digit passcode.
    3. Say Add Money.
    4. Say Refill Card.
    5. Enter the 13-digit PIN printed on the card followed by the # key (reveal by scratching gray box).
    6. Follow prompts to complete transaction
  • *888* or *999* From Handset:
    1. From your handset, dial *888* or *999*, followed by the prepaid PIN, followed by the # key.
    2. Press Send to submit the request. (Example: *888*1234567890123# + Send.)
  • Online at www.att.com/myatt: **You must know your four-digit passcode.***
    1. Enter wireless number and passcode in the appropriate fields and press Login.
    2. Under the Account Refill section, enter the 10-digit FASTCard PIN and press Submit. You'll receive the following message: "Prepaid Card 1234567890123 was applied to the account in the amount o$[XX.XX]. Airtime has been extended by [XX] days. The new airtime expiration date is [DD-MM-YYY].

If you receive the message "Recharge failed, because the prepaid card has already been used by this customer", please visit the point of sale with your receipt to have the transaction reversed.

How do I get my money $30 back from " Fastcard " prepaid phone company for my AT&T phone. The message says that my card had already been used. I bought the card a Walmart-Walmart will not refund me my money they said.

Prepaid phone cards are not refundable. If you purchased a prepaid card for a different phone company and can't use it on your AT&T service, there's nothing you can do you have just wasted 30 bucks
