Prepaid esim

We'd be glad to provide you with clarification on your AT&T Prepaid plan and ESIM options, @Barson078.

Be advised, this plan does allow the use of an ESIM. If you provided the device information in your order, then an eSIM activation card will be sent to your address. Once you receive the activation card, you'll need to activate using the QR code. 

Also, while setting up your iPhone over Wi-Fi, your eSIM might download automatically, or you might be prompted to install an AT&T cellular plan. 

If you're still having concerns with activating service, follow these steps:

1. Connect to Wi-fi.
2. Swipe down from the top of your screen to open your notifications.
3. Choose the AT&T Cellular Plan Ready to be Installed notification
4. Select Continue.
