prepaid card refund
I ordered a prepaid card through the website and planned on porting my number over from US Mobile. As the setup guide that i received in the mail said, i called the customer service number provided to me on there. The customer service agent stated to enter my sim and IMEI number to an automated system, which i did. She also told me that i would be given an option to port my number over from my old provider after this. There was no option to port my number over like she stated there would be, so after spending a few hours in confusion and stuck with a "temporary" number that was not mine, i was forced to go to the closest at&t store. There, a very helpful salesperson told me there that there is no such thing as a temporary number. Customer service told me that clearly so they could just make the sale. Anyway, i was forced to buy another $35 towards my prepaid account, meaning the $35 i put towards my "temporary" number was a complete waste and was completely unused. I would like a full refund for that wasted $35, and i do not think that is unreasonable at all. Thanks.
