Prepaid AT&T hotspot Turbo 2 Connected with no Internet

I have connected and set up my prepaid hotspot and I purchased a plan that is specifically for unlimited however when I connect to the hotspot (which has full bars of signal) It consistently says "not connected to the Internet" I have seen similar questions asked here but I have yet to come across a solution please help. 🙏

We are here to help with your Turbo Hotspot 2, @Randahl723.


We do understand how important it is to be able to use your hotspot to help stay connected. 


Let's try resetting your device to see if this helps.


To power cycle your device: Press and hold the Power button on top of the device to turn the device off. Press and hold the Power button again to turn the device on.


To factory reset the device: Insert a paperclip or sim tool into the reset hole on the bottom of the device, then hold for 6 seconds. The AT&T Turbo Hotspot 2 will factory reset.


Also, did you purchase your Turbo Hotspot 2 from AT&T? If not, you check out our Device Compatible List to make sure your device is listed by the model number. This will let us know if your device is eligible to work on our network.
