Phone won’t work
I bought an iPhone from Best Buy for prepaid. It says I need to go back to point of purchase. Best Buy said they completed everything on their end. My phone won’t call. Please help.

AT&T does not have the phone recorded as being scanned out correctly at the point of purchase. Call AT&T from a different phone, provide them with the information on your sales receipt so they can clear sale of the phone on their end.
