It's prepaid. Did you have enough money in your account to keep your account active?

If prepaid service stops working it's likely because you haven't paid for a refill. Prepaid does not have any late fees If you don't pay on time. All you have to do is refill to resume service.
The only other reason for it to be suspended is if somebody has reported the phone as lost and blocked the phone from the network.
