New contacts are going right to vm without my phone ringing

I bought a Samsung galaxy A14 5G. All old contacts i imported from my old phone can call me as normal.  All contacts i added after activating my new phone,  they go straight to voice mail without my phone ringing. 

I can't find a solution to this issue
