International Roaming Add-on Troubleshooting
I am an AT&T wireless prepaid customer. I am in Belgium. I purchased the International Roaming Add-on. Payment was successful. My phone seems to match requirements: Sim card no., frequency (1800). When I scan for network connections, 6 appear onscreen. But I cannot connect to any of them. And of course, I cannot contact AT&T customer service by phone or text. This forum seems to be the only way to ask a question?
1. Advice on how to connect?
2. Access to AT&T support for this problem?
3. Or, how to cancel the add-on and get a refund before the 1-week subscription has been 'used up' without ever being used?
