Imap email will receive but will not send through outlook when using AT&T Hotspot.

I am working from my Motorhome this summer. Internet is working well but I can not send emails through outlook. If I connect to my Verizon phone hotspot it will send but not through the AT&T hotspot. Anyone have a solution?

In order to provide adequate support, we want to know more about your experience.

When trying to send an email using Outlook are you receiving an error message? This info will help determine what's causing that trend so that we can arrive at a resolution.
Are you using an AT&T Wireless Internet Device or the Hotspot through an AT&T phone?

We invite you to look into these troubleshooting steps which may help resolve your inability to send email on your AT&T device. Make sure to scroll to 3rd Party Mailbox - (Outlook, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird) and follow the instructions presented.
