I need an extension
I was really doing great well I haven't worked In over one month due to covid19 my job payed is off so that means I'm not going to be able to pay my bill on time I just need 3 week extension

Prepaid does not have a bill. Your plan expiring is just like running out of gas. The gas station won’t let you pump any gas until you prepay. There are no extensions, you must still prepay. ATT is offering a $15 plan. If you can afford $15, switch to that plan.

Since you posted in the prepaid forum, I’m assuming you have prepaid.
Part of prepaid is that you can cancel your account at any time with no commitment. This is usually a huge advantage for you, but it also means that you can’t run up a debt because you could just walk away from it.
So basically you are asking for totally free service, which AT&T is not offering to anyone except some first responders.
