I don't know my login information

You don’t. If you don’t know your password, you need to reset it which requires being able to receive a text. You need to replace the phone and get a new SIM card with your number ASAP. You’ll need to go to an ATT store to do that.

First, we'd advise for you to report your device stolen so that you're able to receive a replacement device. As @sandblaster stated, you'll need to replace the device and SIM card by visiting an AT&T Store.
