How do I cancel a contract

We bought a prepaid telephone card last year for our holiday. now we are back in Germany and want to cancel the contract which was supposed to last for just one month but is still active. on the official homepage we were not able to find a contact address where to mail a letter. I am denied access to check any data online because obviously i am not registered there.

You aren’t on a contract, you got signed up for autopay. Account access is blocked from most locations outside of the US. Your only options to stop autopay without account access are to call the international support number or cancel your credit or debit card that is used for autopay. A possible workaround for account access is to use a VPN connection to a US based network or have someone you know and trust in the US login and do it for you.
